Beyond supporting AI deployment, Wassati innovates with its own technology, Enga.IA, to build augmented collectives. This unique approach does not simply analyze data, but explores human dynamics in depth. Through a three-dimensional analysis that takes into account emotions, root causes and individuals’ value circles, Enga.IA makes it possible to understand the aspirations and barriers of a group. It is by relying on this fine understanding that Wassati equips organizations to transform each person’s contributions into a coherent and meaningful collective movement, illustrating the use of artificial intelligence in service of social connection and building a fair balance.
enga.ia: Emotional AI at the Heart of Our Research
From our advanced research program, particularly within the European innovation project ITEA, our proprietary technology enga.ia is a deep emotional artificial intelligence. Designed to go beyond traditional sentiment analysis, it does not simply know what people feel, but seeks to understand why by analyzing the root causes of emotions through our unique framework of “value circles” (individual, family, societal and planetary).
This approach, ethical and respectful of privacy, allows us to reveal complex human dynamics and support organizations in co-constructing truly integrative solutions, promoting sustainable alignment and a “fair balance” for all stakeholders. The AI Act prohibits the use of emotion detection for employees and therefore Enga.ia respects these constraints, particularly through anonymization and GDPR consent.
